Most of our hats are one-size Flex-Fit — the band stretches to fit damn near any head (roughly 7 to 7½). Designer styles use an adjustable inner drawstring instead.

Between sizes or in between hats? Our foam sizing strips dial in the fit just right.

The Turquoise Tooled Leather Cowboy Hat wraps a burnished two-tone brown crown in a tooled vegan-leather band: black filigree cutouts glowing turquoise underneath, silver dome studs along the edges, and a crackled oval concho up front set with a silver rosette and a turquoise stone.
Then the showstopper — embroidered leather panels ride the upturned brim on both sides, stitched with turquoise scrollwork and golden floral thread, finished with studs and turquoise jewels that catch the light from every angle.
