Yes, all hats come with a wire around the hat to bend in the shape you wish. The camouflage and American flag hats are a stiffer straw than the others but can still be modified to your liking.

Do not wash the hair. Simply comb with a big toothed comb. Comb from the bottom up to prevent tangling.

Yes. You can also specify your request in the notes at checkout.

Yes. If you are bald or have short hair (1/4 inch or less) you may feel the snaps but it's not uncomfortable. Remember, the hat is suppose to be worn with the hair.

Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days. Expedited shipping is also available if you need your gear before an event (charges apply)

Free shipping – Please note free shipping only applies to web orders in the continental United States for orders placed with a value over $75 USD. All other destinations will be charged appropriate shipping fees.

Returns made within 30 calendar days of the order date will be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. All returns must be returned in sellable condition (new and unworn - free from pet hair, smoke damage, or other defects), including original packaging with original hangtags attached. Refunds will not include shipping and handling. Shipping and handling charges are nonrefundable once an item has shipped. If purchased at a festival or event ALL SALES ARE FINAL.

If for any reason you would like to change your order, please contact customer service at team@rednecklegends.com as soon as possible. We will make every effort to accommodate your request. However, please keep in mind our system is designed to fulfill orders as quickly as possible. As a result, we cannot cancel or change an order once it has entered the shipping process.
