Most of our hats are one-size Flex-Fit — the band stretches to fit damn near any head (roughly 7 to 7½). Designer styles use an adjustable inner drawstring instead.
See XL in the size picker? That one runs big on purpose (61 cm) — mullet-tested, legend-approved.
Between sizes or in between hats? Our foam sizing strips dial in the fit just right.

Shipping: Free US shipping on orders $75 and up — $10 flat under that. Canada ships for $35 (6–10 business days). Everything heads out quick from Nashville, usually within 1–2 business days.

Return shipping's on you, and we'll refund your original payment within 5–10 business days once it lands back at the trailer. The Turquoise Rose Concho Cowboy Hat pairs a toasted brown straw with a distressed brown leather-look band — turquoise scrollwork stitched down each side, a turquoise stone concho front and center. Then you tip the brim and the real show starts: both sides of the underbrim carry a matching leather panel with embroidered roses, turquoise vines, brass studs, and a couple of rhinestones catching the light.
