Most of our hats are one-size Flex-Fit — the band stretches to fit damn near any head (roughly 7 to 7½). Designer styles use an adjustable inner drawstring instead.
See XL in the size picker? That one runs big on purpose (61 cm) — mullet-tested, legend-approved.
Between sizes or in between hats? Our foam sizing strips dial in the fit just right.

The Navy Bandana Scorched Cowboy Hat starts with a clean ivory straw, then singes the brim edges dark and smudges toasted patches across the crown for that lived-in, hundred-summers look. A vented open-weave band runs around the crown to let the breeze through, and instead of leather, a navy paisley bandana wraps the crown and ties off in a bow at the back.
