Most of our hats are one-size Flex-Fit — the band stretches to fit damn near any head (roughly 7 to 7½). Designer styles use an adjustable inner drawstring instead.
See XL in the size picker? That one runs big on purpose (61 cm) — mullet-tested, legend-approved.
Between sizes or in between hats? Our foam sizing strips dial in the fit just right.

The Brown Bull Buckle Cowboy Hat pairs toasted two-tone straw — a sandy crown fading into a burnished basketweave brim — with a dark brown leather-look band carrying brass longhorns three ways: an ornate engraved buckle plate front and center, flanked by a matching longhorn concho riding each side.
A tan wrap and brass rivet accent the band, and the whole thing ties off in back with a knotted cord bow. It's rugged, warm-toned, and built to be worn hard from the rodeo to the honky-tonk — all that hardware, and it still sits light on your head. Grab it by the horns.
