Most of our hats are one-size Flex-Fit — the band stretches to fit damn near any head (roughly 7 to 7½). Designer styles use an adjustable inner drawstring instead.
See XL in the size picker? That one runs big on purpose (61 cm) — mullet-tested, legend-approved.
Between sizes or in between hats? Our foam sizing strips dial in the fit just right.

Shipping: Free US shipping on orders $75 and up — $10 flat under that. Canada ships for $35 (6–10 business days). Everything heads out quick from Nashville, usually within 1–2 business days.
Returns: Not feeling legendary? You've got 30 days. Hats need to come back unworn, hangtags on, in the original packaging — same shape you got 'em. Return shipping's on you, and we'll refund your original payment within 5–10 business days once it lands back at the trailer.
