Most of our hats are one-size Flex-Fit — the band stretches to fit damn near any head (roughly 7 to 7½). Designer styles use an adjustable inner drawstring instead.
See XL in the size picker? That one runs big on purpose (61 cm) — mullet-tested, legend-approved.
Between sizes or in between hats? Our foam sizing strips dial in the fit just right.

The Beaded Longhorn Cowboy Hat is a sandy, smoke-edged straw with a vented crown for airflow, wrapped in a dark brown suede-look band — a brass longhorn medallion up front, bone hair-pipe beads with pewter caps on each side, and white cross-stitch accents in between. Southwest trading post meets Nashville honky-tonk.
