Hats come with or without velcro. If you order hair with your hat it will come with velcro. The velcro is very low profile and you cannot feel it if you wanted to wear the hat without hair. If you order a hat without hair it will not come with velcro. Please refer to pictures.

Excellent hat

My head measured 23.5 so I was worried the hat would be too small but it fits perfectly. Very comfortable. Sturdy construction with a metal wire running the brim for adjustments. 10/10!
